Dominique Dixon is a business strategist, workforce professional, consultant, speaker, and founder of The Hiring Architect LLC. She brings more than a decade of experience across human resources, recruiting, talent acquisition, workforce strategy, organizational development, and business operations.
Her professional background includes leadership within manufacturing and talent acquisition environments, including serving as a HR & Recruitment Director responsible for leading human resources and recruiting professionals and workforce initiatives.
Dominique holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Clark Atlanta University.
Through The Hiring Architect LLC, Dominique works with entrepreneurs, transportation companies, nonprofits, government contractors, employers, and growing organizations to strengthen business infrastructure, improve compliance, pursue contracting opportunities, develop workforce strategies, and build sustainable growth systems.
